What we design
Uniforms for every department of the hotel
A luxury hotel speaks with many voices: the reception that welcomes, the concierge who advises, restaurant and bar staff, housekeeping, room service and the spa. UniBe designs a single wardrobe for all these roles, with garments that differ by function but share one language: the same palettes, the same details, the same identity of the property.
For front office and concierge we design jackets, waistcoats, shirts and accessories that combine presence with comfort over long shifts. For restaurant, bar and room service, garments that move with the body and withstand frequent washing. For housekeeping and spa, technical and breathable fabrics made for physical work and for the climate.
We choose materials by role and season: natural fibres, high-performance blends and many OEKO-TEX certified fabrics. Logos, monograms and embroidery are applied with discretion, so the uniform tells the story of the property without becoming a costume.
Every project has a single point of contact, from the first site visit to delivery. Designs stay in our archive: new hires, size changes and seasonal reorders are handled quickly, including phased openings and multi-property groups. Designed in our Naples studio, made in Italy.
