What we design
Uniforms for bartenders and floor staff
Behind the bar every gesture is on show: the bartender’s uniform is part of the performance and of the venue’s atmosphere. UniBe designs garments for cocktail bars, hotel bars, speakeasies and rooftops, made for people who work on their feet, move fast and deal with ice, liquids and low light.
We design waistcoats, shirts, light jackets, fabric or leather-trimmed aprons and accessories such as ties, scarves and bands, combined into a recognisable look that echoes the interiors, the drinks list and the spirit of the venue. For floor staff, garments coordinated with the bar but better suited to table service.
Fabrics are chosen to withstand stains and frequent washing without giving up elegance: technical blends, quality cottons and many OEKO-TEX certified materials. Pockets, fastenings and lengths are designed around the real work, so nothing gets in the way of service.
A single point of contact follows the project from the first conversation to delivery. Designs stay in our archive: when the team grows or the season changes, reorders are quick and consistent. Minimum quantities are assessed case by case, small venues included. Designed in our Naples studio, made in Italy.
